So what have I been up to this weekend? Well I sat in traffic for ages on Saturday on the way to and from the Devon County Show. I love to visit the show, I’m a country girl at heart you see. But never been up on the Saturday before which is the busiest day, and also left a bit later than I had wanted too, so wasn’t expecting the HUGE HUGE traffic jam. I wasn’t happy, but was worth it as had a good day, with gorgeous weather. Especially enjoyed the stunt bike show, wow excellent stuff! Had another busy day in the sun yesterday, and been chilling today.
I hope you all had a great bank holiday, June here we come!
So a month has flown by in a total daze, I really don’t know what I’ve been doing. Not a lot to be honest, trying to recover and trying to carry on as best I could. Although I did have a week where all I could do was get out of bed and make it to the sofa, then back to bed again. Not nice, I really do hate being ill as it makes me feel so totally useless, I like being able to go about my daily business as usual and not having to rely on other people to get things done. But hey ho, all better now, at last!

It’s here, Comic Relief 2009. In these hard times we’re having charities suffer too, so I’m all for any fundraising of any kind for worthy charities. Of course we can’t go around giving our money to every charity out there, but I do hope people do continue to support charities where they can. There are so many charities out there that we really couldn’t do without, just look at the air ambulance and lifeboats for instance, and of course all the charities that do such hard work for children, animals, hospitals etc. They’re work really must go on, charities have such an important part to play.
You may love or hate Red Nose Day. You may cringe as the TV is taken over with silly programmes which all have the poignant messages in them that make us realise just how lucky we are. I think it is great when celebs get involved in worthwhile causes. I did sit down last night and watch the programme on the Kilimanjaro climb and really enjoyed it. Good on them for taking on such a hard task, a task most of us wouldn’t even dream of doing, and the big bit they raised A LOT of money.
Also today a lot of people have been out raising money, wearing PJ’s to work, doing silly things. It’s great, it’s fun and it works. I hope Red Nose Day is well supported this year so a lot of people can benefit from it. It really is a life saving and life changing charity.
Go on give them a ring and make a donation. Even if it is a couple of quid.

£1 could pay for a hot meal for a young homeless person when they go to a drop-in centre to get vital support and assistance.
£5 could buy a mosquito net, which can save a life. OR could pay for a school uniform for a child living in extreme poverty in Kibera, Africa’s largest urban slum. Children can only attend school if they have a uniform and so the money would be used to break down a barrier to getting kids into education.
£10 could pay for a young person living with domestic violence at home to talk to a counsellor in a safe non-judgemental environment, to help them cope with their traumatic experiences.
Ending on a funny note, they have done a Comic Relief spoof of the hilarious Cadbury’s Eyebrows advert (I just love that), it’s brilliant and a must see!

Take care everybody, Happy Red Nose Day 2009!

I’m afraid I have to confess that I am totally addicted to facebook! So I am going to make a huge unashamed plug here on my blog for my Facebook page!!

So you can do just that, Facebook me! Imogen Taylor:

I also have, as well as my profile, Imogen’s fan page at:

I’m one of those people that can’t actually switch on the computer without checking my facebook page (well pages, being as I have my own personnal one too! See what I mean when I say I’m addicted, not good not good). In fact it’s usually the first thing I do, rather unconsciously too which is the scary thing. I know I’m not alone, being addicted to facebook is a big problem worldwide. Maybe they should start setting up facebook rehab???
See you soon, on facebook!

I really do like to please, and when I know I’ve done a great job in doing that it’s fantastic.
One gent in particular sent my a really lovely e-mail last week after our meeting, it really made me smile and I’m so happy he gets so much out of our meetings. You know who you are, and thank you again. Will be seeing you soon
Take care,

But yes Spring is almost here, although they say there is going to be another cold snap next week, no surprise there. I’ve been quite pleased that this winter has been colder rather than mild and wet like the previous two. When you have horses and are out in it every day, stood in a field with mud up to your knees, the winter weather really does matter. Although last summer I was also stood out in the rain in a field of mud, yes you may say just get inside girl, stop standing around in the rain and mud. But hey, as you may know I am a bit mad, and they do say mud is good for the skin lol.
But, slightly going off track here, I was saying it is Spring tomorrow. Spring fills you with thoughts of little lambs (although I’ve been surrounded by them since just after Christmas on the farm), trees filled with catkins, birds singing, bunnies hopping around the fields, pretty flowers in the hedgerow, blue sky filled with little white fluffy clouds. Ahhh, just the thought of all that makes you feel better. I am looking forward to Spring walks, maybe even sitting in a beer garden or two (with an orange juice, I don’t drink you know), nice company and hopefully nice weather.
If any gents would like to take me on a nice Spring walk, with a beer garden and back to your hotel for some Springtime frolicking just give me a call
I am feeling full of the joys of Spring!!

Happy Valentines Day whatever you are up to today. I’ve had a very busy day, had family commitments today and then this evening I have a busy evening with some regular guys which is nice.
Last year I didn’t work on valentines day so wasn’t sure if I’d be busy or not, but I sure am which is great. It’s one of those strange days of the year where you don’t know if guys will be wanting to see you or not, but I am now glad I decided to work. Especially as one of my favourite clients is on his way.
Valentine’s kisses to you all.

This news report made me laugh : “From the Channel Islands to the Shetland Islands, Brecon Beacons to East Anglia, the snow has blanketed the entire country.”
Ermm, not here in Plymouth!! Plymouth must be in a snow exclusion zone. All we get here is bloomin rain, rain and more rain. Oh it did try and snow twice, but quickly turned back to rain again when it realised where it was!! There was snow 10 miles away.
Imogen xxx
Right that is enough of my little rant, I bet you’re getting used to me and my little moans by now, lol.
Wrap up warm peeps and take care out in that snow (that’s if you’re brave enough to venture out in it!!).
