Happy Red Nose Day!

It’s here, Comic Relief 2009. In these hard times we’re having charities suffer too, so I’m all for any fundraising of any kind for worthy charities. Of course we can’t go around giving our money to every charity out there, but I do hope people do continue to support charities where they can. There are so many charities out there that we really couldn’t do without, just look at the air ambulance and lifeboats for instance, and of course all the charities that do such hard work for children, animals, hospitals etc. They’re work really must go on, charities have such an important part to play.

You may love or hate Red Nose Day. You may cringe as the TV is taken over with silly programmes which all have the poignant messages in them that make us realise just how lucky we are. I think it is great when celebs get involved in worthwhile causes. I did sit down last night and watch the programme on the Kilimanjaro climb and really enjoyed it. Good on them for taking on such a hard task, a task most of us wouldn’t even dream of doing, and the big bit they raised A LOT of money.

Also today a lot of people have been out raising money, wearing PJ’s to work, doing silly things. It’s great, it’s fun and it works. I hope Red Nose Day is well supported this year so a lot of people can benefit from it. It really is a life saving and life changing charity.

Go on give them a ring and make a donation. Even if it is a couple of quid.

£1 could pay for a hot meal for a young homeless person when they go to a drop-in centre to get vital support and assistance.

£5 could buy a mosquito net, which can save a life. OR could pay for a school uniform for a child living in extreme poverty in Kibera, Africa’s largest urban slum. Children can only attend school if they have a uniform and so the money would be used to break down a barrier to getting kids into education.

£10 could pay for a young person living with domestic violence at home to talk to a counsellor in a safe non-judgemental environment, to help them cope with their traumatic experiences.

Ending on a funny note, they have done a Comic Relief spoof of the hilarious Cadbury’s Eyebrows advert (I just love that), it’s brilliant and a must see!

I’m an addict!

I’m afraid I have to confess that I am totally addicted to facebook! So I am going to make a huge unashamed plug here on my blog for my Facebook page!!

So you can do just that, Facebook me! Imogen Taylor:

I also have, as well as my profile, Imogen’s fan page at:

I’m one of those people that can’t actually switch on the computer without checking my facebook page (well pages, being as I have my own personnal one too! See what I mean when I say I’m addicted, not good not good). In fact it’s usually the first thing I do, rather unconsciously too which is the scary thing. I know I’m not alone, being addicted to facebook is a big problem worldwide. Maybe they should start setting up facebook rehab???

See you soon, on facebook!

Thank yous

Most of the time in this business clients come and go without contacting us again until the next time they want to visit, or the clients that are just one offs you never hear from again. This is normal and I wouldn’t expect any different. But sometimes you get those lovely gents that like to let you know how much they enjoyed the time you spent together. It is always nice to have compliments, especially in this business. I have a few regulars that always like to contact me after a meeting (either by text or e-mail) just to say thank you, that they had a great time and see you soon. It’s nice when guys are thoughtful, I mean we are people after all although we are escorts, we still have feelings like everybody else, and it’s always nice to know you are doing your job well  I really do like to please, and when I know I’ve done a great job in doing that it’s fantastic.

One gent in particular sent my a really lovely e-mail last week after our meeting, it really made me smile and I’m so happy he gets so much out of our meetings. You know who you are, and thank you again. Will be seeing you soon

Take care,
