I’m afraid I have to confess that I am totally addicted to facebook! So I am going to make a huge unashamed plug here on my blog for my Facebook page!!

I’m one of those people that can’t actually switch on the computer without checking my facebook page (well pages, being as I have my own personnal one too! See what I mean when I say I’m addicted, not good not good). In fact it’s usually the first thing I do, rather unconsciously too which is the scary thing. I know I’m not alone, being addicted to facebook is a big problem worldwide. Maybe they should start setting up facebook rehab???
